Delivery Information

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 for next-day delivery. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing, and expect your order to arrive within 1-4 business days. Once an order is placed, we are unable to amend delivery addresses, so please ensure all information is correct at checkout.

Refund Policy

We do not offer exchanges, but refunds are available for faulty items.

If you’re returning an item by mail, customers are responsible for the return postage costs. Alternatively, you can return faulty items directly to one of our stores.

All refunds, whether processed in-store or online, will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.
